If you have high expectations for your high schooler, Tammy is far more than another adult in the room. She knows the workings of both admissions offices and teenage brains.

Tammy’s wealth of experience with students at the college and high school levels means that she sees the whole picture. She helped our son navigate the busy months of college applications, senior fall, sports teams and extracurricular commitments. Best of all, I did not edit a single essay!

Our son knew where he wanted to go to college, but getting in required a good essay or three and a good sense of how to present himself. Success! Now with a freshman year under his belt he still talks about how much Tammy helped him get where he wanted to be.

I attended Tammy’s Summer Writing Workshop and she was wonderful to work with while writing college essays and supplemental prompts. Her experience as an admissions reader helped me understand the most important parts of each essay and taught me to how to utilize my own unique story in a college essay without sounding cliché. Tammy worked closely with each student and helped me develop writing skills and techniques that I still use today.

Tammy has made the process both simple and special. She has truly given me a sense of tranquility and a drive to find my perfect college match.
